SlimQuick Appetite Control

SlimQuick has made a name for itself in the women’s weight loss market. They own several other products with SlimQuick Appetite Control just another in a long line of dietary products.  The suppressant enters the body in liquid form—its actually mixed in a drink–but comes to the dieter in the powder form.  They attempt to make it somewhat tasteful by adding a lemon taste to the supplement.  The product has a 6 fold mission but its primary purpose is to simply trick the mind into thinking that it’s full.

Will SlimQuick Appetite Control work for me?

The ingredient line up is decent, but is somewhat similar to other suppressants as well. The 3 ingredients are:

  • 5g protein
  • 5g fiber
  • SlimQuick Natural Weight Loss Support Blend

The protein and the fiber combine to help create a gel like substance in the digestive track to give the body the feeling that it’s full.  The less you eat, the less calories the body has to burn.  The blend consists of 12.2 g of a variety of supplements.  The most important being whey protein and inulin.  Whey will help the body maintain that “full” feeling for longer while inulin helps to keep the body from absorbing additional fat. Nothing earth-shattering but effective nonetheless

The Good

  • Basic Ingredients
  • Readily available

The Bad

  • Potential for negative side effects
  • Basic ingredients
  • Not a primary means of weight loss

The way we see it

That last bullet point is important.  This should not be viewed as a primary means for weight loss but as a supplement to another diet. While the ingredients are basic, neither a positive or a negative and thats about how we see this product.  It sits in that middle ground where we don’t recommend it but we also won’t not recommend it either.
