Slimquick Active Weight Loss Kit revealed
In full disclosure, I’ve never been a huge fan of products made by Slimquick. I really want to believe in their products, I really do, but every time I review one of their products I always seem to come away disappointed. Once again, those familiar feelings of disappointment arose after I reviewed their Active Weight Loss Kit for women.
The product is broken up into three parts: first is the 7-Day cleanse, followed by the weight loss portion of the kit, and then concludes with an appetite suppressant. Packaging these three entities into a single kit is something we’re seeing more of. Sometimes you can find pretty good value in these kits – assuming that they actually deliver on their claims.
Slimquick Active Weight Loss Kit just for women?
If you’re a man and interested in using Slimquick’s Active Weight Loss Kit , you’re just out of luck. This product is designed and packaged for women. Problem is we can’t figure out why? Most of the ingredients listed in all three products that make up the kit are effective for men as well.
Could they be going after a specific niche? Is it a marketing ploy? Your guess is as good as mine, but rest assured many of these ingredients would work for men as well.
What drives Slimquick Active Weight Loss Kit?
The key to any great fatburner, appetite suppressant or cleanse lies in the ingredients. The better the ingredient profile the more effective the product will be. It shouldn’t take a genius to understand that, but one thing people don’t realize is that proper amounts of these ingredients need to be used in order for them to be effective.
Does Slimquick Active Weight Loss Kit have the proper amounts? I can’t answer that question. They don’t list specific amounts so it’s kind of a guessing game.
And to further that point, in their weight loss portion of the product they list a few key vitamins (again with no dosages amounts) followed by a massive proprietary blend. This blend contains something like 14 ingredients, a large amount.
Several of those ingredients are solid fat burners like Green Tea and Caffeine Anhydrous. But because it’s listed in that massive blend, it’s hard to know if the proper amounts of each ingredient are used. Sometimes these massive blends are used to “dress up” a product: meaning they inset the product to make it look better, but fail to put in proper amount to save money producing the product.
How much does Slimquick Active Weight Loss Kit cost?
Depends on where you purchase it. I’ve seen it selling from $100 to $50. Considering you get three different products, it could be considered a reasonably priced. But because of all the unknowns surrounding the product, I’m not sure it’s the risk.
The good
- Reasonably priced
- Does contain some solid ingredients
The bad
- Need more information about ingredients
- Limited amounts of good ingredients
- Only for women
- May lack punch as a fat burner
The way we see it
The kit packages three elements: a cleanse, a fat burner and an appetite suppressant. Neither of the three are anything special. The formulas are basic, and consumer feedback seems to be lukewarm. But because they do contain some decent ingredients weight loss could happen, but I’m not sure I’d spend upwards of $50 to $100 bucks to find out. You can find average products for a lot cheaper.
