Will SlimQuick 7-Day Cleanse really help me lose weight?

Probably not. Actually, let’s clarify that.  It probably won’t help you lose weight long term.  Now that’s not to say it won’t be an effective cleanse.  The product is stacked with supplements that will help facilitate this cleanse.  It also includes glucomannan which can act as a solid appetite suppressant, but it’s mixed in with about 17 other ingredients in a giant complex or blend.  I don’t know how effective those ingredients will be because when they’re listed in the giant blend, the actual amounts don’t get listed.  So it’s hard to tell.

But the two other ingredients listed outside of the blend are selenium and chromium.  Selenium is a common antioxidant that research says might help prevent cell damage from free radicals.  Chromium appears to have positive effects on blood sugar regulation.  How it actually helps in weight loss is bit unclear.

The line up is okay. I like some of the ingredients in the blend, but again it’s hard to know when they group them all together in a giant blend and fail to list the amounts.

The way we see it

They seem to mix a fat burner with a cleanse.  That might create a few too many problems for a dieter trying to decide which one it really is and how it should be used.  I would either find a solid cleanse or find a solid weight loss product.  The less confusion the better.
