Super Citrimax huh?  This is an interesting product because no one can quite agree on it.  On one hand, it can act as an appetite suppressant (and a quite effective one at that) but on the other hand there are those site studies that show there is little back up claims that it can keep the body from storing fat, and thus, keep a dieter from gaining weight.

A Closer look at Super Citrimax

Let’s take a quick look at the product. Super Citrimax is based on a natural occurring chemical called Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA), which comes from a fruit in Southeast Asia known as Garcinia Cambogia. Locals have long believed this fruit will suppress one’s appetite when struck with hunger pains.   As you can imagine, scientists and those in the nutrition business got their hands on it and it was confirmed to have properties in the acid that can help suppress the appetite and that they may even help shed pounds. It didn’t take long for supplement companies to create a synthetic equal and then get it placed in weight loss products. It can either be bought by itself to be used as the driving ingredient or it can be used in combination with other ingredients to make a giant blend.

The jury is still out on how effective it really is.  Some studies indicate that HCA has no positive effects and really isn’t much use in a weight loss product, while others disagree.  It appears they both sides agree that if nothing else, it can act as an appetite suppressant.  For it to be truly effective, it must be ingested in the proper dosages.  That number should be somewhere near 900 mgs, taken 3 times daily.  It might seem like a little bit of overkill, but that’s what is required for this product to really be effective.

The way we see it

Super Citrimax is solid and it can help.  Make sure the proper amounts are used (explained above) and that should maximize its weight loss potential.  If it’s mixed in a blend with other ingredients that might also help, if nothing else it should act as an effective appetite suppressant. If you do find it in a blend with other ingredients be prepared to pay for it.  The better the ingredients the more the product is going to affect the bottom line.  Some of this stuff isn’t cheap.
